Our sole agency finally has a home to call its own. A 12,000 sq. meter, 12-story MARINA new building inaugurated Friday, December 14, 2018.
Where is MARINA new building located?
Its location is a new area we must be familiar to. MARINA’s Central Office building is located in Bonifacio Drive corner 20th Street, Port Area, Manila.
After decades of renting, the P382-million building will house all MARINA service departments, which include the STCW Office.

When will it start its operations?
Partial operations to begin by early 2019 and full operations of all MARINA services will begin by late 2019.
Filipino maritime stakeholders shall benefit on this development. MARINA’s OIC Vice Admiral Narciso Vingson Jr. said this facility would enable them to produce results they can be proud of.
This is a very positive development and we shall feel its direct help in years to come.
