Upload these requirements in your MISMO account. Once approved in the Final evaluation, a link to the MARINA CRP will be given.

After an intensive review, say, you successfully passed the theoretical examination. Now, its time to proceed to take up remaining requirements for COC.

As of 2023, passers of theoretical examination will get an automatic practical assessment application number. Hence, there is no need to apply for practical assessment permit on MISMO.
Only those who did not use their license after 5 years will have to get the practical assessment permit. Practical assessment is one requirement for COC revalidation for those who weren’t able to use their COC.

For your sea service, use the sea service of your current rank. Make sure also to coordinate with your crewing agency regarding the encoding of your sea service to the MISMO system.
