Its just the first month of the year but MARINA is rolling out yet another transaction that can be done with a click of a button. By January 29, 2019, MARINA COP online application will start to roll. Thus, eventually phasing out all transaction without appointment. This comes after an announcement from the agency that seafarers can have their final evaluation at select MARINA Offices.
COP that can be applied online are…
As pilot testing of this new funtion, MARINA will accept COP online application for II/4, III/4, II/5 and III/5. Other COPs will soon to follow as per the agency’s statement. As with other transaction in MISMO system, an applicant needs to log in first to his/her account.
Just go to online-appointment-marina.gov.ph. 
Log either using your SCS account.

Or you can Sign Up using your SIRB. 
Enter SIRB Number and then Check Data to validate. Once you have Logged In, if your profile is updated, Click select Transaction 
A window will appear for your transaction. Choose Certification. Note: This function will be available on January 25, 2019. 
Where to go for Final Evaluation?
An applicant can set his or her appointment in the following MARINA Offices: NCR, Batangas, Cebu, Bacolod, Ilo-Ilo, Tacloban or Davao. This is even more good news for our mates in the provinces.
There is no need for any form to fill up or print. Take note of the reference number after your payment. And then finally, go to your chosen MARINA Office for final evaluation and printing of your COP.
